SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

At Playtime Rugs our displayed prices include Shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post Parcel Post.

Delivery times vary depending on location but most capital cities are served within 7 days & rural areas should allow an additional 3-7 days. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. We generally aim to ship same day or within 24 hours where possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

PLEASE NOTE AFTER UNBOXING YOUR PLAYTIME RUG

When first opened, the rug may appear creased and flat due to being compressed for packaging.

Don’t panic, this is normal.

Please allow a few hours & sometimes a couple of days for your genuine memory foam rug to fully decompress & reach its full thickness.

Full results can, in rare cases, take up to a week.

You can use your hands to smooth creases and groom the fibres to achieve a smooth finish.

We recommend keeping children off the rug until it has reached its full thickness.

 

Items incorrectly ordered or change of mind can be sent back for refund within 5 days of receipt. However,

You must pay for the freight back to us in Western Australia via Australia Post & item must be in its original packaging undamaged.

We offer a 12 month warranty against defects caused by faulty workmanship but cannot warrant against misuse or bad treatment of the items. Spills, tears, cuts to cloth etc cannot be covered by warranty if caused by misuse by the customer.

We recommend treating your purchase like the high quality item it is to ensure a long life for the item. Roll the rug up when not in use, do not fold it as this can leave creases in the foam & cover. Roll up when not in use & roll out for playtimes for extended life of the product.
