Shipping Policy
At Playtime Rugs our displayed prices include Shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post Parcel Post.
Delivery times vary depending on location but most capital cities are served within 7 days & rural areas should allow an additional 3-7 days. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. We generally aim to ship same day or within 24 hours where possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
PLEASE NOTE AFTER UNBOXING YOUR PLAYTIME RUG

When first opened, the rug may appear creased and flat due to being compressed for packaging. Don’t panic, this is normal. Please allow a few days for your genuine memory foam rug to fully decompress & reach its full thickness. Full results can take up to a week. You can use a damp, wet cloth with a warm iron to steam out the creases if they remain after a week.

You can use your hands to smooth creases and groom the fibres to achieve a smooth finish. We recommend keeping children off the rug until it has reached its full thickness.

The size of our mats can also vary by up to 1% plus or minus, and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen's viewing settings.

Items that were incorrectly ordered or a change of mind can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. However, you must pay for the freight back to us in Western Australia via Australia Post. The item must be in its original packaging and undamaged.

We offer a 12-month warranty against defects caused by faulty workmanship; however, we cannot warrant against misuse or improper treatment of the items. Spills, tears, cuts to cloth, etc., cannot be covered by warranty if caused by customer misuse.

We recommend treating your purchase with the same care as a high-quality item to ensure its long life. Do not fold it, as this can leave creases in the foam & cover.
